At St. Elisabeth’s Nursery School, teachers and parents work as a team to create an enjoyable school experience for the children. To this end, parents are always welcome to visit the classroom. For example, parents are invited to stay for their child’s Show and Tell and are encouraged to sign up to read to the class or to help with a special project. The classroom is the child’s “home away from home” and parental involvement during the school day helps to establish a warm, familiar environment in which the children can learn to love school.
